WEEK AHEAD: SUNSHINE..UNTIL THE WEEKEND

The National Weather Service says back to school week will be difficult for some kids as the week brings summertime conditions to the Jersey Shore.  The weather service predicts sunshine for most of the week, with temperatures in the 80s on Tuesday and Wednesday, before a return to high temperatures in the 70s towards the end of the week.  The first chance of showers in the forecast comes on Saturday night, into Sunday morning.  Thursday night is expected to be the coolest of the week, with the mercury dipping down to the mid 50s.
