WEAPONS POSSESSION CHARGES HANDED DOWN IN OCEAN CITY

A man was arrested for weapons offenses on Sunday in Ocean City. Police there say they arrested Alfred Schubrt, and charged him with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. Authorities say they found a Smith & Wesson .357 caliber revolver fully loaded. The arrest was made after police were tipped off by a tow truck driver about the man being in possession of a handgun. The vehicle that was broken down was in the area of 59th St. and the beach.
