It happened at the stroke of midnight last night. The Wawa convenience store in the Greenfield section of Upper Township closed for good at midnight. The Wawa corporation confirmed rumors during the summer that the longtime store would close for good. Employees at the store have reportedly been offered positions at other stores in the chain.
