Some residents of West Cape May are banding together this evening to hold a so-called water rally. The Gazette Leader reports that the rally will be held at 7pm at the VFW building in the Borough. The rally stems from a recent water study released by the City of Cape May that shows West Cape May was allegedly undercharged for its water consumption. The report puts the price tag for the undercharge at $700,000.
