WATER AND SEWER RATES GOING UP IN STONE HARBOR

Water and sewer rates are going up in Stone Harbor three times over the next five years.  Borough Council met last week and approved rate increases for the next two years, and also again in 2021.  The Borough is raising the rates in order to pay for various improvements needed in the water and sewer infrastructure.
