WAS IT A GOOD HOLIDAY WEEKEND? NO, IT WAS GREAT!

Ask local tourism experts and they say the July 4th weekend was one for the record books.  Tourism leaders throughout the county report very healthy crowds who spent a lot of money during the three day holiday weekend that ended on Sunday.  Many shore communities reported a very scarce number of motel rooms available for the weekend.  The unsettled weather also drove many off the beach and into local shops and restaurants.
