WALMART: TRACY MORGAN INJURIES ARE HIS FAULT

New Jersey’s most infamous motor vehicle accident of 2014 has Walmart coming out swinging.  Walmart says the injuries sustained by comedian Tracy Morgan in an accident involving a limo and a Walmart truck were caused by Morgan himself.  New documents released this week suggest that Morgan was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.  Walmart says in federal court that many of the injuries to Morgan and others would have been eliminated or minimalized if seat belts were being used.
