Ocean City Councilman Roy Wagner is calling it quits. The 84 year old Wagner announced just before the weekend that he will not seek re-election to his council position in the fourth ward after serving eight years on city council. Ocean City will hold elections in its four wards in May, 2012. Wagner says he will personally endorse Peter Guinosso, who has announced his plans to run for Wagner’s council seat. Guinosso is 71 years old and has lived in Ocean City for the past dozen years.
