After a lot of discussion, Upper Township voters will decide the fate of $9.5 million in bonds to help repair schools in the district. The ballot question will be placed on the April 27 ballot. The money will help fix up the middle and primary schools. The bond will not cover the replacement of the elementary school, which has been discussed in the passed, but remains open for debate. The state is covering 40 percent of the work.
