Cape May City Council will likely vote on additional money that is needed for the Convention Hall project. A $3.15 million bond ordinance will be voted on. The city already asked voters a couple years ago to approve a $10.5 million, which they did. A public hearing will be held during the meeting today to give council a gauge on what the community thinks. Even if it is approved, voters can get petitions sign to make this item a referendum to be voted on.
