Could minor league baseball be making a comeback to Atlantic City? The Press of Atlantic City reports that City Council will vote tonight on a resolution that would authorize the former owner of the Atlantic City Surf to be empowered to bring a baseball team back to the resort. Council President Marty Small Sr. says the city has nothing to lose with this deal.
