VOTE COULD ELIMINATE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON CIVIL SEXUAL AB– USE CLAIMS

A key piece of legislation could change how people deal with sexual abuse claims. A bill will be heard on Monday that would eliminate a two year period to file civil abuse claims. A company or non-profit could also be included in that lawsuit if they knew the abuses were going on. The full Senate will be voting on the matter.
