VOLL'S ELEGIBILITY TO RUN COMES INTO QUESTION

Middle Township’s mayor race may be down to one person. Cape May County Registrar Joy Erb confirmed that Independent Mike Voll will face the Board of Elections regarding his eligibility to run in this November’s election. Voll was registered to vote in Florida and New Jersey, and allegedly voted in Florida after registering to vote in New Jersey. Voll said he looks forward to fight the allegations made against him. The hearing will be held on Sept. 8.
