Many local non-partisan communities are deciding when to hold their election. Those communities have been holding their elections in May, but now have the option to move it. State law has been change so towns can move their elections to November, and save on dollars. Some city officials are worried that their election will get lost in the mix in November, when things like governors, and presidents are voted for. Vineland Council will discuss the issue next week and may put a final decision up to the voters.
