A big vote means a big change for students in the Vineland school district. The board of education there voted on Wednesday night to implement uniforms starting this September. The mandatory policy comes from a unanimous vote. The policy still needs to be fully outlined, but will include khaki bottoms. Some parents in the district are unhappy with the move. Uniforms will be required in every school in the district. Bridgeton is the only other school district in Cumberland County with a uniform policy.
