VINELAND POLICE NAB TWO FOR DRUG POSSESSION

A pair of Vineland man have been arrested on cocaine charges. Police there say they have arrested Robin A. Javier-Martinez and Robert L. Phillips and charged with them multiple cocaine possession charges, including possession in a school zone. According to police, both were released on a summons. The arrests were made as apart of on-going investigations.
