Vineland Police have arrested a 30 year city man and charged him the weekend shooting death of 26 year old Christian Rogers of Millville. Police announced the arrest of Jules Black after spotting Black on a surveillance video. Black was charged with murder and other offenses, no motive has been disclosed.
