VINELAND POLICE ARREST SHOPLIFTER WHO HAD A CRACK PIPE

Vineland Police have arrested a local man on charges that he was in possession of a crack pipe while he attempted to shoplift merchandise at a local store. Police say it happened at the Tractor Supply store on Delsea Drive one week ago. 47 year old Jimmy Ocasio of Vineland attempted to steal two weed whackers valued at $400. Police arrived and found Ocasio in possession of a crack pipe. He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail.
