A 23 year old Vineland man has been charged with making terroristic threats and with weapons offenses after he threatened a woman with an ax. Vineland Police charged Mario Rivera with the crime after he threatened a woman with the ax after she yelled at him for repeatedly speeding his vehicle on her street. The ax was recovered at a friend’s house; Rivera was being held in jail on $10,000 cash bail.
