A 37 year-old former Vineland resident was sentenced to 20 years in prison as part of a plea agreement last Thursday. Raymond Finch pleaded guilty to several firearms charges in connection to the death of 24 year-old Lanieceya Walker in 2007, who was shot to death in her bed at the Regency Court Apartments in Vineland. Finch was arrested for the crime in 2013 but a Cumberland County jury could not reach a verdict in the case after a 10-week trial in 2015.
