A Vineland man has been charged with the shooting deaths of two men back in March on Grape Street. 20 year old Michael Loftin was charged Thursday with murdering 22 year old Sharine Randazzo and 20 year old Iannesha Gross with a handgun. Loftin is scheduled to appear before Judge Cristen D’Arrigo at the Cumberland County Courthouse on Monday afternoon.
