A 35 year old Vineland man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Millville last week. Larry Bell Jr. has been charged with shooting 28 year old Vernon Scurry Jr. of Millville. Bell is charged with murder and three weapons offenses. His bail has been set at $750,000 cash.
