A 21 year-old man from Mays Landing has been charged with an intentional hit and run accident Tuesday night that critically injured a Vineland man. Authorities have charged Desmond Fummey for aggravated assault and for leaving the scene of an accident. Fummey ran over 25 year-old Patrick Pearcy of Vineland; Pearcy was celebrating his birthday at the time of the crime.
