VINELAND MAN ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION DURING TRAFFIC STOP

A traffic stop resulted in a drug arrest in Vineland. Police say they arrested Luis Sagardia of the city for possession of five bags of heroin. Sagardia was driving an unlicensed vehicle at the time of the stop, which took place at Chestnut and Melrose St.
