A Vineland man has admitted to killing his wife. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Frank Bortle plead guilty to shooting and killing his wife back in 2008. They were inside of their home on Wheat Rd. in Vineland. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 12 to 30 years in jail. Bortle will not be allowed any parole.
