VINELAND KIDS HAD NUDE PHOTO OF ANOTHER MINOR

Vineland Police have charged two 11 year old minors for possessing a nude photograph of another minor. Police learned that the two youths from the city who came into possession of the nude photograph. Both were charged with invasion of privacy and released to the custody of their parents.
