Vineland has a new business administrator of their schools, according to a report. The Daily Journal reports that Herbert G. Schectman was hired by the district during a meeting on Wednesday. Schectman will start on Sept. 1 and is scheduled to make $120,000 a year. Cherie Ludy was working in that position but has left to take a position in the Upper Deerfield Township school district.
