VINELAND BATTLE HEATS UP OVER POSITION

Vineland Mayor Ruben Bermudez canned City Solicitor  Richard Tonetta over the weekend.  Not so fast says Council President Anthony Fanucci, who says Bermudez does not have the authority to fire Tonetta so Tonetta is still on the job.  Fanucci says the mayor has made several key moves without consulting council.
