A shared services agreement could bring in $1 million of savings. The Daily Journal reports that the Vineland Health Department and Cumberland County Board of Health are looking at merging. The consultant study said Vineland would save $1.2 million and the county would have to pay nearly $300,000 additionally. The merger would result in some job lose, though no final number was released. According to the report, there is no final decision whether this will go through or not.
