An accident took place on Friday and a Vineland woman was killed. Police say that Carmen L. Perez was pronounced dead at the scene. Her husband, Harry Perez, was brought to the Cooper University Hospital for treatment. Police say the two-vehicle accident was caused by Brenda J. Kelly, who failed to stop at a stop sign. No charges or tickets have been issued.
