A 66-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting a child. Robert Mollenkof was charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal restraint, and endangering the welfare of a child. The Villas man is being held at the Cape May County Correctional Facility on $200,000 bail. The arrest was made on Dec. 31.
