VICK LINKED WITH SHOOTING NEAR VIRGINIA BEACH

Police are reviewing a surveillance video that shows Michael Vick leaving a restaurant just minutes before a shooting. Multiple reports say that a restaurant near Virginia Beach has handed over the tape to police. The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback was at the restaurant celebrating his 30th birthday. Police have said that Vick is not a suspect in the shooting, but did interview him on Monday. An investigation is on-going into the incident.
