VICK GETS STARTING JOB OVER FOLES FOR SEASON OPENER

The competition is over. Michael Vick is the starting quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles. Head Coach Chip Kelly made the announcement on Tuesday. Vick has played well during the preseason and most expected him to win the competition. Nick Foles will serve as the team’s primary back up this season. The Eagles open their season on Sept. 9 at the Washington Redskins.
