The Vice Mayor of Millville announced that he’s running for a seat on the Cumberland County Board of Freeholders. Jim Quinn announced that he will run on a ticket that includes current Freeholder Joseph Derella. Quinn has served on the Millville City Commission since 1997 and served as mayor for 12 years.
