Lower Township police made a drug arrest after smelling marijuana during a vehicle stop. Police also observed a glass pipe and a clear plastic baggie containing green vegetation.Ryan Simcox, the driver, faces possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. Christian Myers, a passenger, was also charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
