Charges have been filed against two men involved a vehicle smashing into a police cruiser in Atlantic City. Police say the incident took place on Sunday morning. Luis Martin Donato Lopez and Clever Sanchez, both of Delaware, attempted to run, but both were caught shortly after. They were charged with drunk driving and other related offenses.
