Congressman Jeff Van Drew ripped into the management of the Atlantic City Rail Line, saying that delays in restoration of the line are completely unacceptable. The rail service may be closed into mid Spring; it should have been opened by now after installation of mandated safety equipment. The line is operated by New Jersey Transit.
