UPPER TOWNSHIP TEAM WINS DISTRICT 16 LITTLE LEAGUE TITLE

Upper Township shut out Northfield and the Little League team from there won the District 16 championship. Upper Township was combined with Ocean City last year and that team also won District 16 and eventually Section 4 before falling in the state final. Upper Township this year had more players and is split from Ocean City. They will play in the Section 4 Tournament later this month to see if they can continue to advance towards a state final again.
