UPPER TOWNSHIP PRIMARY GETS NASTY BEFORE ELECTION

A battle over a primary election in Upper Township.  Two men who are challenging incumbents in the Upper Township Committee primary race now face fines if the complaint filed against them holds up in court.  Former committeeman Curt Corson alleges that challengers Tony Inserra and John DeSalvo did not file necessary state forms about their candidacies or budgets.  The state will not comment on the complaint which could carry thousands of dollars in fines per infraction.
