UPPER TOWNSHIP POSTS ZERO TAX INCREASE

Upper Township taxpayers won’t see an increase to their local tax rate. Committee there approved keeping the tax rate flat during their regularly scheduled meeting. Mayor Richard Palumbo praised the work of everyone involved in the budget process.
