UPPER TOWNSHIP MOURNS FORMER CLERK, COMMITTEEWOMAN

The Upper Township community is mourning the weekend passing of former clerk and committeewoman Barbara Camp. Camp passed away at the age of 70 on Saturday.  Camp was a longtime clerk in the Township before running for a seat on the Township Committee.  Camp was the first woman to hold elected office in Upper Township.  In 1995, Camp was named the Municipal Clerk of the Year in the state of New Jersey.
