UPPER TOWNSHIP MAN CHARGED WITH SEX ASSAULT ON MINOR

A 22 year old Upper Township man has been arrested and charged with having sex with a 15 year old girl.  State Police say Scott Clarke has been charged with second degree sexual assault and with a third degree charge of child endangerment.  Clarke was arrested on January 11th and charged with the crime.  The incident allegedly took place in November and was reported to authorities on January 9th.  Clarke was hauled off to the county jail and was eventually released after posting bond.
