UPPER MAN CHARGED IN DOG SHOOTING

Charges have been brought against an Upper Township man after an investigation by the SPCA into the death of his dog. According to a report by NBC-40, Josh Rosniak allegedly killed his own Brittany Spaniel by shooting it in the back of the head and then burying the animal. The killing occurred after the dog bit Rosniak, who is charged with several offenses and could face penalties of up to six months in jail, as well as fines.
