A man accused of pushing a Villas woman with his car during a motor vehicle accident in Wildwood has turned himself in to police. 21 year old Dalton Storms is accused of hitting 56 year old Joanne Manuli during the incident over Memorial Day weekend. Police confiscated his car, but Storms took off.
