UPDATE: VILLAS MAN KILLED IN FRIDAY ACCIDENT ON RT. 55

New Jersey State Police have identified the man killed in an accident on Route 55 earlier today as 23 year old Andrew Waugh of the Villas.  Police say Waugh was travelling with his 27 year old wife when his vehicle was involved in an accident in Vineland near the intersection of Route 40.  The accident took place in the southbound lanes of Route 55 shortly before 6:00am and caused a three-hour backup on the highway.  No word yet on a cause of the accident.
