Upper Township Committeman Hobie Young has resigned. Young resigned Monday after he posted memes on social media that showed vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris in in sexually suggestive poses; those images had been altered. Young told the Press of Atlantic City that he’s apologized for the poor choice he made and he can’t change that. Young announced his resignation on his Facebook page.
