UPDATE: TWO ARRESTED FOR NORTH WILDWOOD THEFTS

North Wildwood Police have made two arrests in connection with a string of car burglaries last month.  Police have arrested 28 year old Angela Tanghare and 29 year old Norris Hogge III after they received tips about two surveillance photos.  The two suspects allegedly broke into vehicles and eventually used a stolen credit card at two department stores in Rio Grande.  Both have been released on their own recognizance.
