A murder suspect from Ocean City will make his first appearance in court via videoconference Monday at 1pm. Authorities believe Paul Kline killed Denise Webber by strangling her at their apartment in Ocean City Saturday morning. The death has been classified as a homicide, which carries a 30 year to life sentence if Kline is convicted.
