A federal judge ruled Thursday afternoon that two New Jersey men who are suspected terrorists will not be allowed to post bail. Magistrate Madeline Arleo ruled today that the two men will continue to be held in jail without bail as the investigation continues. 20 year old Mohamed Mahmood Alessa and 24 year old Carlos Eduardo Almonte were arrested when they attempted to board two different flights from New York City to Africa.
