The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed Tuesday that a Mays Landing man died as a direct result of a single gunshot delivered by his wife on Christmas evening. David Wigglesworth was allegedly shot to death by his wife, Marylue following an argument in the couple’s home. She remains lodged in the Atlantic County Jail.
